Versatile XXL-class Self-propelled
At AGRITECHNICA 2009, SILOKING presents the world’s first self-propelled feed mixer SILOKING Self-propelled „System 1000plus“ with a loading capacity of 30m³ and 3 vertical mixing augers. The innovative „Dyna Power Chassis“ with 3 axles with air suspension as well as the drive system with 200 kW (272 HP) make the machine best suitable for big farms, agricultural contractors and biogas installations.
It is the combination of the assemblies that makes the machine that performant and efficient: The mixing performance of the 3-auger mixing system is adapted exactly to the especially high collecting capacity of the chopper. So, feed discharge can be started shortly after filling the last feed component, which considerably increases the output.
In the innovative „Dyna Power Chassis“ with three axles, steering is ensured by the front and rear axles, whereas the central axle is fixed. The outer turning radius is only 8.50 m, thus reducing consi-derably the number of manoeuvres in the silos. In addition, the use of three axles allows for a substantial increase in the maximum allowable payload of the machine, also for road transport at up to 40 km/h. During working transport at low speed the front and the central axles are driven.
In the standard „Eco-Drive“ mode the input power is shifted from the front axle to the central axle according to the increase in driving speed, in order to reduce wear and power consumption to a minimum at higher speed, too. The drive system of the SILOKING Self-propelled is a turbo diesel engine with 200 kW (272 HP) and 4 high-performance axial piston pumps. Both the collecting chopper with 42 knives and integral shovels and the mixing system with big turbo augers working at low speed are designed to ensure gentle feed handling, making the overall concept of the „System 1000plus“ perfect.
With its enormous capacity this technology is also ideal for farms and agricultural contractors for feeding biogas installations. For this application, the machine can be equipped with a special chopper and a heavy-duty conveyor belt.
